That’s great, bless his heart even if you have to pick him up to put him in or take him out just so he doesn’t put to much stress on his hurt leg for now. I am sure he is appreciating the TLC.

I’ve bought brewers yeast from Walmart and it was really really low in niacin. They would have to eat the entire jumbo bottle of tablets each day in order to get enough. So I’d venture to guess that’s why they suggested to stay away from brewers yeast.

I got Twinlab brewer's yeast. I just read the label, and it says that it contains 5.3 mg of niacin per serving...Is that a good amount, or should I get a different brewer's yeast in the future?

If I were you, I’d buy nutritional yeast instead of brewers yeast. It has a higher content of the b vitamins. 5 mgs per tablet isn’t terrible.

Edison has tried to stand up a few times today. His legs aren't completely straight when he tries to stand, and they're pretty shaky, but I think he's making progress!
