He is having trouble standing or walking for long period of time.
I started him on calcium,
b complex, niacin and amoxicillin.
I lanced the growth there is no infection, its solid but pliable.
I've dealt with bumble foot, this does not look like it.
Its like a flap of skin. It did not hurt him when I lanced it.
He was perfectly calm. The black edge is dirt i didn't get completely washed off.
Anyone know what it is?

What kind of environmental substrate is the duck being housed on?

Prolonged hours on hard, rough surfaces can result in flaking, and devitalization of the outer epidermal skin cells, which eventually can result in localized infection due to the exposed tissue. For basic treatment, I would suggest soaking the foot in either an antiseptic bathe mixture, or Epsom salts to help lavage out any debris, and bacteria. Afterwards, bandaging the feet to promote alleviation off the tissue would be recommended. That can be done by applying an antibacterial ointment to the sore, placing a non-adherent dressing overtop, wrap gauze around, then finish off with vet wrap - change daily.

Thank you for answering so fast.
He is free range mainly on sand and small grassy area. I'm in fl we have no real dirt. So it's a soft surface.
I didn't even know he could fly at all. He flew out of deep soaking tub and ran through my room and jumped in the pool, where he's not supposed to be.
I see no where that has any infection. It is flat, solid, thick flappy skin. Almost like a callous.
I will try taping the feet and see if it does anything. I'll have to lock him up in pen with his pal. It's large but more controlled.
Thanks again for help.
