Pekin duckling has bumps inside her nose

My 2 week old pekin duckling has yellow bumps IN her nose. Can somebody tell me what I should do?

I can't because I'm on my lunch break right now but I found a picture online that's extremely similar what she has. She also is wheezing too. She does not have the red bumps on her beak it's only the bumps in her nose like you can see below

Could you post a video of the wheezing?

The bumps you're seeing are normal and are nothing you should be concerned about.
