What can this be?

Hi all I have posted a picture of my rooster with a bump he has under his beak what can it be? It doesn't seem to bother him but what can I do?

It looks like a fowl pox scab if the weather there is warm enough for mosquitoes to be out. Or it might be a peck wound or scab that has pus in it.
