Pekin with black spot???????????

I have hatched out hundrends of Pekins from my flock. They are pure 100%. I just hatched out one with a black spot on the back and I can not figure it out. Any suggestions?

I hatched some last year, one of which had a black feather in the center of his back. It was the only way I could tell him and his sister apart. But it did molt out once they got bigger.
