Pendulous Crop??

I recently treated my hen for impacted crop and I’m now treating her sour crop. I’m worried that she might have pendulous crop. Can anyone help?

omg that is a huge crop. i once had to treat my barred rock hen for impacted crop. first you need to get out the crop contents. massage it and turn her upside down. this will make her regurgitate. does her breath smell sour?

[Yes her breath does smell. I’ve been massaging her crop for the last couple days. I’ll try to make her vomit. Thanks

if it works start her on a strict diet of chicken feed mash, water and antibiotics. no treats at all. try to empty her crop completley before feeding

Do not vomit the chicken. If she aspirates the contents into her lungs she'll die.

If I do not vomit her, then do I just limit her to only water, probiotics, and mashed feed?

i suppose. oral anti biotics will be best. let her rest as well. she needs her energy i have hear that in this stage it is hard for a chicken to survive it. make sure to give a morning update!
