I would be more than happy to help. Do you know what breed they are? Can we see pics of her please!!!!! Hehe nothing, well all most, cuter than baby goat's..

Forgot to say that I have helped kids (goat) be born also. A very good friend of mine is the 4-H Leader of the goat club here in York. The other year she suffered a stroke right around the time one of her Oberhasli doe' s was due. I went over there several times a day to check on her. Thank goodness I did, her first kid was HUGE don't remember his weight but he was really big and the doe had to have help to get the kid out. Well this same doe' s second kid was tiny. The tiniest kid I had ever seen born. The mom's rejected the second kid which was a doe, I had to take her to my house with some colostrum that I milked from the doe and a bottle. I had to make several trips back throughout the time she was at our house to get fresh goat's milk. She stayed in our living room for a week or two till my friend was able to take care of her again. That was quite the week. My hubby wasn't too sure about having a baby goat in our living room but he did understand that it needed help and that I was the only one that knew what to do to help it. So if you end up needing help when it comes to the birthing let me know. I will Pm you my number incase you have a problem. Hope I'm not stepping on any toes here..

I got 5 from wing, 5 from a tractor supply, I started with chicks from a lady in Aston, She gave me some, most of those ended up being rooster, I let 2 hatch from my girls, I picked up another 5 from the MD swap. I need to stop getting birds! Thinking I have too many! but if 2 are roosters then that is 2 less I will have! Also according to chicken math if they are not laying they do not count! So I only have 6 -7 chickens! lol
Ah! I have nine total, but I think three of the chicks are roos so that makes six?(:
All I want to do is buy more chickens, its bad.

Ok so I finally managed to get a pic of all of the chicks ... I hope they are all pullets

From head spots those are all boys, HOWEVER, I have noticed the head spots on hatchery pullets tend to be HUGE. I got a batch that had been vent sexed with huge head spots that all turned out to be pullets.

NEED a home for my two sweet chickies about 10 weeks. I am renting the end of a Townhome in North Cornwall Township. ALL the neighbors loved my chickens. We are at the end of a rural township where there is a farm right on the other side of a row of Townhomes. It is strange how we got a letter from the Township stating the chickens have to be gone by June 26, 3 DAYS AFTER THE LANDLORD came by to paint the porch.

One chickie is a New Hampshire Red, and the other is an Ameraucana. The red one will sit on my lap to be petted. I've enjoyed them so much! And they are very healthy. I've also really enjoyed Backyard Chickens!

Free chickies to a good home! Please call (717)-270-0709 or IM me. (Nora)
