Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

Here is the pen all of my bantams are in now (it can travel with them). There are 6 polish, 5 silkie/showgirls & 4 ee/oegb. I think only 2 roos. We only have hens in the polish unless 1 if the 2 younger ones is a roo. The pen is 4x8 & 4 ft tall with a 1.5x3 & 5 ft tall coop attached.

1 trio of turkeys is in the 8x8 (which I can easily divide down the middle & add another night box to so both trios can winter over in it.

Silkie, I am way to far to be of any help, and not in a position to buy right now...

I do have the space, distance being the problem...

I would be willing to bring any you are willing to "bird sit" for me & more than happy to provide food. I would love to keep them all together if possible. And I know your birds are well taken care of. PM me & we can discuss options.i

I know Spring is awhile away, but I was wondering what everyone was planting. I was gonna plant a pumpkin plant or two, a watermelon plant, peas, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and strawberries. I have a medium sized garden, probably 15x12 feet.

I know I asked this before, but does anyone in Western PA (can't really travel that far from northwest Westmoreland County. Would travel about an hour) have a healthy bantam cochin hen? I'd prefer to stay away from light colors. I have a free range flock, and while I do have a rooster, he's still young and learning the ropes of roostery. If you have a particularly broody hen, I'd LOVE that. I'm looking for a girl who will hatch me lots of babies.
chippy, i'm not sure but i might have either a blue or a black, i bought some from a lady (she outtalked me into buying 12 instead of one or two) altho she didn't have to talk to much lol, i only want to keep the frizzles and two splash hens, so that leave black and blue hens, and a black rooster

just what i paid, 2.00, if i do have a blue, honestly, altho i admired them this morning, my memory is starting to go lol these are nice full bodied , nice round little back end, they look like good bloodlines

I'm confused. If you do have a blue? What do you mean? Also, how old are they? They're bantams right?
