I have 2 silkie roos and 3 large fowl Easter eggers (1 is supposed to be a pure Ameraucana, she is all black). Would I be able to make a silkie mix that lays a greenish egg?

i have had silkie mixes that laid green eggs..would have been from a silkie hen and EE rooster combination...

my first attempt at making a chicken saddle. The one I made on the right, the one I bought on the left . Rather proud of myself :) Daffodil wasn't all that happy though lol

There are some message threads about this. I was researching it for you and found some other people were attempting it. Some of the posts were several years old, if they have been working on it since then, they might have some to sell if you pm them.
