OK so I'm on the look out for feathers and willing to pay! Would love peacock (I know they don't loose them til the summer but want to get things situated now) and Guinea chicken either grey or black both with the white spots please let me know if you have any!! Don't think the hubby will let me have either but have found a use for each. OK and I don't need the full feather on the peacock just the tops!!

Can you keep a pair of turkeys, a pair of ducks, 3 wyandotte hens and a wyandotte rooster, together in a 17ft x 25ft run, if they all have their own houses/coops? Will the tom,drake and rooster fight?

If you have ducks and chickens in the same run.
A water trough for the ducks to swim.
Will the chickens drowned themselves in the water trough?
I know some chickens aren't real smart.

I keep my turkeys, ducks and chickens together. Ducks have nowhere to swim unless I'm feeling generous in warm months.

What she said. Ducks mixed with other birds = wet bedding for everyone. I've started putting a big pan full of absorbent material under their water bucket to keep their slopping confined.

Half of the LF Barred Cochin eggs I ordered are up for grabs, if anyone close by is interested. $18.00 for half as eggs, or day old chicks, either way. She did say she might put in SL's&GL's as the extras. I want to keep them.They are from Sunny Side Up Micro Farms if you want to see pics. I'm getting them in time for the Easter Hatch, so maybe the 1st week in March.
