Also, does anyone have an opinion on metal vs plastic feeders and waterers?
Thanks![]()

Congrats!,....How big is your flock/herd?
Wait!! You would sell meYou guys have ALL been incredibly sweet! Made my day!
Rosie, careful about the tattooing, or I may post you on the FB PA livestock page...hmmmm or maybe the Dragon? I think you'd fit right in here, as our first goat was 'Calla Lily' I hope to stay with flower names.
Stake, we've got about 50 chickens -this number changes OFTEN. Three Nigerian dwarf goats, 2 were bred, but I'm starting to suspect that one didn't take. My Lily, she's such a hard head with everything else, don't know why I thought breeding would be any different.
You only have to count the ones that are currently laying, you know? LOLCLOSE!!! That's totally what I did here in my office! lol I have had them for.. 6months? So I am kinda new, learned a great deal from everyone here at BYC! Great group of peeps!

Depends on if you are going to add ACV to the water. If so, stay away from metal! We're going to start construction on an 8x16' chicken shed next week. The back wall will be 5' and the front will be 6-7' tall. I'm 5'3" tall and wanted a coop that I can walk in. I'm also planning a 300sq ft run. I'm planning poop shelves with PDZ. Any suggestions before we start? Also, does anyone have an opinion on metal vs plastic feeders and waterers? Thanks![]()
1st rule of chicken math....if they're named there not chicken, they're pets....they don't count....CLOSE!!! That's totally what I did here in my office! lol I have had them for.. 6months? So I am kinda new, learned a great deal from everyone here at BYC! Great group of peeps!
