I seen them, I am looking to go right to the source,,,,,,may have to run out there and get the name off the label.......would prefer to just have my own hives but hubby is a wuss when it comes to bee's.

NEEDED !!! Local beekeeper who is willing to sell honey,....preferably within an hours drive....and preferably wildflower honey, but will consider others if the price is right. i am all out of my stash,,,i prefer to use honey instead of sugar in many things...a local supply would be great as i am paying shipping for it right now... can not always be sure that the stuff in the store is what it says it is, and at those prices not worth the chance.

A. Sgtmom and I believe beaglady both have apiaries. B. If all else fails, I picked up a 5 gallon bucket of honey from Juniata county, it's clover. I have it in Pint Jars now.

And Dutch gold sells direct at their plant in Roherstown. Lots of different kinds, case discounts, large quantities. Also sell jars and bottles at good process.

I'm just gonna throw this out there....I have 2 full grown Muscovy females (I got them about about 4 years ago at auction to add to an already older group). Over the years, the rest of the group has gotten old and passed. I also have 2 Muscovy/Mallard mix ducks. 1 male, 1 female- brother and sister. Their mother is one of the females Muscovies. They were born here June 20, 2011. Would love to see them enjoying a group again because they seem a bit bored, so if anyone is interested, please PM me.

Help! Day 22 hatching bobwhites (my first ever hatch) and noticed pips going into lockdown on day 20. I understand this its early for them usually a 23 - 24 day hatch time. So i upped the humidity from 55 to 65 and locked them down. 34 if 37 made it to lockdown. 7 pips later no more action. It has been over 24 hrs. I have to leave town. What should i advise my dh to do? I don't think he is up to helping them out of shells. should i not be worried since they have a few days yet before they should be out or is the concern triggered by the amount of time from pip? I am concerned they got shrink wrapped. I asked on a quail hatching page, but it its a very quiet thread. Thanks to anyone for info!

23 day incubation if they were already pipping I wouldn't have jacked the humidity.

did you notice I use the big cheap frosted plastic cups. Used to use mason jars , until well...you know...too much juice and the jars have a possibility of getting broken.

Sorry guys, I'm in Northeast PA near Bloomsburg(17815), but willing to travel or meet somewhere. Was looking for LF, Marans, Cochins, Ameruacana or others, LOL. My girls are in 4-h and they show them for 4-H at our fair in the end of Sept.

My daughters live in S. WIlliamsport. I am going there tomorrow as my 7yr old just went into the hospital for appendicitis. And I am back and forth from Elysburg every other weekend. I could bring them along when I bring the girls back up on Sunday if you want something(s) from down this neck of the woods.

Seriously, I think this settles it. Next year, We need to have a gathering with lots of Easter Pies and sweet bread, celebrate Gardeningmama's birthday and her sons, and GrandpawRoo is in charge of telling us how to make the drinks!!!!

I'm on a craigslist clean out mode. Truck....sold Extra big mower.....still listed and one guy coming Sat to eye it up. snowplow....to be listed as well as all kinds of other stuff.
