Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

Bought a turkey from a friend of mine. He had an extra tom to get rid of. Not sure what breed it is. From what I have seen on the net, I have a bad feeling it is an eastern wild. Now what do I do? Eat it?

How big? Pictures? And what's it like? The ones I got were AWFUL! If they had been the first turkeys I ever got, I'd have sworn off of turkeys altogether. Hated those things! So, if it isn't trying to kill you, it might be a bronze or a mixed breed.

going to post pics soon. Appears to be full grown. Seems nice, but I have only had him at home for a couple hours.

My chicks at 8 weeks old now from Pittsburgh, PA.
They are so friendly and affectionate.
There are a few loners in the mix of 25, but still come when I call.

Quote: The cat has killed 2 snakes already this week plus 4 moles (probably more we haven't seen). All I did was toss the mostly dead snake to the chickens to watch the fun.
I can't even touch them until they're dead. My son thinks it's funny, "Momma you're just like Indy!!"
You sound like my fiance. He won't even touch 1 AFTER it's dead. At least I can manage to touch them when necessary.LOL
What's the worst about it is I had a bao, and would catch wild garters not even 5 yrs ago. I could handle them until an ex-bf chased me with a few, now I can only touch dead ones.
my middle daughter is now a proud gun owner, she bought this today at cabela's
