Lmbo, I am sitting at the Red Lion High school, my kids are taking swimming lessons, I read this post broke out in laughter and had everyone looking at me like I was a goof ball. Lol If they only knew... BirdbyGalvin grab that camera and hold tight.. lmbo

Jäger is being a stinker today. He snuck in the house while I was taking food out for the cats and dogs, found his way into Gavin's room and decided his bed was an excellent crowing perch. Gavin was not happy....

LOL I love when they are protective...with things that couldn't harm them.

I took the garbage out for collector (so the camera's in the house) and as I'm walking back I notice my yard gang (a few roos that are always together) decided to take off after a rabbit, which they chased for a few minutes. Then the rabbit stopped and chased them, I'm guessing they got too close to the den. I think today is going to be one of those days where they're just all gonna be goofs.

Looks like my Ancona babies will be staying inside one more night. Bummer ;P

I totally caved in and called the Ag store to see if the chickens arrived yet ..... *sigh* not yet, they said maybe by this afternoon or tomorrow

My Swedish Flower has had her two remaining chicks outside the past few days. Problem is, she keeps them out all night, huddled under the ramp and takes good care of them.
Hopefully they survive the coming bad weather!

x2....my garden has only started delivering....but I'm lazy...I only do snow and snap....to lazy to shell....in fact they never make it out of the garden area.....

If anyone is looking for laying or close to lay pullets let me know. My mom is moving and can only take 6 of her 14 chickens with her and no roo's.

4- 15 month old RIR (From TSC, not sure about true RIR as they have some white on them) Laying jumbo size brown eggs every day.

there main man is a beautiful mix roo. Great to his ladys and friendly to everyone. Not mean at all, not overly vocal either. All in all a nice big boy.

Others are about 3-4 months old
1 buff orp pullet
1 barred rock pullet
1 black austrolorp pullet
1 BCM roo. from H&H. Perfect coloring and feathered legs. Could be nice for breeding or showing. Just started crowing.

All chickens are tame and healthy.

I also still have a nice olive egger roo and an EE roo. Olive egger is Cuckoo maran/ Auracana cross from beaglady. Friendly roo and takes care of the girls.
EE is also friendly.
Just thought i would offer here before i open up the flood gates on craigslist....

Just make sure to wash the chicken/duck poop off the end of the hose 1st.
