The Susquehanna Poultry Club just had a swap in Maryland in June. September 10th is the small animal/poultry sale at Root's Market in Lancaster Co. They also have weekly sales. The Lebanon Valley Livestock Market is just starting a weekly sale on Wednesday evenings. The Uniontown swap can be quite good as they have fairly active poultry fanciers in that area. I actually bought my last dog there but the dog wardens shut the sale of dogs down. Another option for western PA and south western NY is the Mt Hope, OH auction. That's Septermber 15-17.

Everyone should call first for this coming Wed sale at the Lebanon Valley Livestock Auction because the Lebanon County Fair is this week and they usually don't have a sale the same time/week as when the fair is going on.
