Why is she so bare? Just curious.🤪
While I'm not 100% sure, most of it is due to her flailing around from the slipped tendon. As she got bigger, she laid down more to rest, but she always for up and moved around. She just never developed quite right. But aside from that, the vet said she's in good health when I took her up a few weeks back.

The reason we need to know if it's air or fluid is because both have consequences. http://www.poultrydvm.com/condition/airsacculitis
I'm pretty positive it's air; pressing it down was nothing. Reading all those, it doesn't sound like Pepper has either of them. She has no breathing difficulty, no lethargy, and no one comes in contact with wild fowl. That tells me it got pushed out from her crop being so massive. And examining her now, the bubble is gone. I can give her some Enrotex as a counter measure, but it looks like the crop made it come out. If it happens again, I'll know for sure it's her crop getting too big.

How she looks now. She fought me, so I apologize for the bad quality.

Oh okay!☺️

Update: When I fed her last night, the bubble returned, so it's definetly from when her crop was engorged with food. While it doesn't appear to bother her, is there anything I can do?

Maybe that's just what her crop chooses to do when full, however, it's not normal. I would watch it carefully and note more details on when it blows up, how soon after eating, what foods make it do this, and how long after eating does it take for it to return to normal. And if she wakes up like that in the morning.

I'll keep an eye on it. Currently, it's not blown up upon awakening, but I did notice it was there soon after she was full last night, so maybe her crop is pushing it out of place?

I still believe it's something to do with the cervical airsac. But since it resolves on its own, there isn't a big concern at this time. It's not normal, and needs to be watched.
