Periodically lethargic pullet???

Yep. I'm keeping them in the house today since I've got three 'sickies', and she's been doing it a lot I've noticed. It's like she's majorly tired and just can't keep her eyes open. It's so weird, I wish I knew what was wrong. I put the probiotics in the water for now.
Do they not have an outside run/coop?
At 4 months old, they all need to be outside - she may be dosing off because of lack of stimulation, sunshine, space, etc.

Yes,,I have two outdoor are. I put them outside everyday, but because those areas are not safe enough against stupid predators at night, and my step-dad is a lazy bum and hates my chickens, he's not working on a safe building for them. I'm still trying to find them a home, but every prospect I'm finding is going down the toilet. And I can't list them now, who's going to want three sick ones?

I'm sorry that you are still having trouble with your housing.
Is there anything that you do to help make it more secure?
I am thankful I have help, but there's plenty that I do by myself if possible - put up fencing, make roosts and feed stations, I just added some panel blocking in the run myself - if you have access to some tools, start slow, do some reading or watch some youtube, there's lots of ladies that even build their own coops!

I haven't the slightest idea how to do woodwork. Watching videos won't help me, either. The two areas I have are a screened in greenhouse frame, and a store-bought, cheap-made Tractor Supply building which I don't think my girls like.

LOL Well my dear, now is the time to start learning! :)

So you have a TSC building and greenhouse frame? Got pictures.

And for future info, when it rains, the backyard floods. So wherever a building would go, we'd have to build the ground up.
