Permits and such???

I live in Georgia and have started raising coturnix. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of permits I might need to sell the processed birds(meat) and the eggs for eating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Each state and town has it's own regulations on raising, handling and selling meats.
