I do a ton of paperwork which "time is of the essence".. hard to do when computer/internet is pitching a fit.

"Normal" here, especially in the summer. MOST poeple are good about it though, get your stuff, get out so the next person can have the shade.

the hardcore ones don't ever leave the store. they just buy scratchers, scratch off the ID barcode, and have the cashier scan them and give them more scratchers worth what they won.
