I rarely see them but when I do, I just shake my head, I am disgusted with idiots like that...most of them lose interest in motorcycles fairly soon though, thank goodness, they usually beat the bike so it's in the shop more than on the road, costing them money they'd rather spend on some other "cool toy" they don't have to fix. Those morons are headed for a disaster & giving the responsible riders a bad name. There's a time & place for practicing stunt driving (tracks) & public roads are Not appropriate.
There are definitely bad riders out there.
"organ donors". My favorites are the ones that blast past at 120mph with no helmet and wearing tank tops, shorts, and flip flops.
Sad but true, & they're driving a variety of vehicles so keep your own eyes open. I saw a lady driving a Subaru wagon and she was playing with her phone, The light turned green and she proceeded at a 20 mile an hour crawl in a 45 mile per hour zone, Glued to her phone all the way down the road as people nearly rear ended her, she was completely oblivious.

My sister worked in research looking for blood markers indicating a TBI. She said helmets didn't really do much except prevent full crush/break.
100% AZ finally enacted a hands free law in 2021. It has helped. It's still legal to have a phone in your hands while stopped at a red light. Getting them to put the phone down and move when it turns green is why you install train horns in your car.
I have no problem honking at those people...and I'm not a honker.
I have a working theory that it's more to make plastic surgery after a bike crash easier.
