Wow, doesn't think much of the girlfriend. I won't even ride with people not dressed appropriately. And flip flops?! Omg, they aren't even safe to walk in down steps, a lady slipped on the hardwood steps & broke her tibia bone. Delaware is a state that doesn't require helmets (ridiculous isn't it?)...I wear my DOT helmet & anyone riding on back will wear one, I have a DOT spare helmet if they don't. A woman ran through a red light into my father at an intersection once, his helmet, leather jacket, gloves, chaps & boots protected him, he didn't even get a scratch. The Fatboy only got scratched on the crash bar & saddle bag.Mmmmm, you crash going that quick, there's not much left to donate...
Or the driver has full gear but the girlfriend has nothing protective on....
AZ is an "eye protection" state. Sunglasses qualify. Minors have to wear helmets, at least.Wow, doesn't think much of the girlfriend. I won't even ride with people not dressed appropriately. Without protective gear & clothing, that scenario would've played out very differently.
I'm had he's ok, that is why you wear gear.Wow, doesn't think much of the girlfriend. I won't even ride with people not dressed appropriately. And flip flops?! I don't agree with 2 though! I agree with 3! Evil touchscreensWell...cut the "dog is my kid" lady a little slack, maybe she was unable to have children or her child was killed. We never know the reasons people do things, they might seem silly, they very well may silly people, or they might be someone struggling through grief. Ya never know.
Yes I have seen it. Very dangerous.Who on a motorcycle tries to signal with their right hand? You've seen this?
Right hand is your throttle hand. I can't imagine anyone trying to let go, signal then grab the throttle again. Maybe that's just me though.
Disagree. Loud pipes have scared me so badly I nearly drove into a ditch. And made me wish I was wearing Depends!"Loud pipes save lives"
Loud pipes don't help a good driver doing the limit, changing lanes, when a biker going 30 miles an hour over practically runs him over. The sound of the pipes comes from behind the bike, so you only hear it after he has practically sideswiped you, scared you to death and is disappearing over the horizon, flipping you off. Yes there are good bikers out there, but that speed demon doesn't do anything to give them a good name. There are definitely bad riders out there.
