Pet Peeves

I do not mean to turn this into a milk thread 😆but I have been doing the 2% and even the 1% if it is available for awhile now just to try to keep it healthy as possible. The same reason I do half and half on tea. I was the same way when I first got off the whole milk. What I found out for me is that is just what I get used to. So, now if I drink whole milk it is almost just too much.
I’ve always hated milk because of the fat 😳 1% or 2% for me. Made a whole lot of sense when my doc was like “hey Sherlock, fat triggers your IBS” :th
