We just got done emptying out my in laws trailer house. We had started last fall but got snowed out of our storage sheds. then got rained out of the access road.
So i am glad we got it done finally.
Talk about no room in our present house. DH office is now in my dining room. Basement is full.
Now we are going to order the windows and doors for the new house. And make another payment on the house.
Only thing left is the people who bought the trailer house come and get it, but I know with all the rain we have had it is just not possible yet. The dirt roads out here need to be completely dry and they are also pretty busy.
Once it is out of here the building will begin. Looks like around the first of July.
I did finally find a plumber who gave us a quote for laying the sewer line under the basement floor $2500-$3000. Last guy quoted me $7200.
I can hardly wait.
