Pheasant chick curled toes struggling to walk

I have a white pheasant chick who can walk but is walking with her toes on both feet curled under her feet. I have attempted to make her little sandals and tape her toes flar, this initially helped but she ended up getting the tape stick to then puppy pad she is on and I ended up having to cut it off. I bought vet pet wrap but her feet and toes are so tiny I don't seem to be able to get anything to stay on her ad she pecks at it until it starts to come undone then it gets stuck to everything. Any ideas? She seems otherwise healthy and is eating and drinking well. I have given her vitamins incase this was the problem but that hasn't done anything.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
