Very easy to talk to and the leader in knowledge on these birds, but yes, they are $100 each, so if you cant stand to pay that, dont waste the time calling him.
His birds are great and many have the onagdori blood to a degree in them, but you have to be willing to pay for quailty and decades of professional breeding.
I have several of his birds here and many more ordered for this year, and it's a night and day difference in the lines, you can tell his birds just from their looks in anyones collection. Let me know if you need his number

I really want some chicks.

However, for people who have chicks, is there anyway you could ship like... 10 instead of like 20-25? I have no where to put 25 chicks and I don't know if I could find someone to take every extra. 10 chicks would be easier. I know that it's because of the cold and they stay warm from each other but maybe if we waited till it got warmer?

15 is the lowest I do, but that's just in the hot summer months

I could probably do 15 but I would need to make a makeshift extra coop.

Do you have golden phoenixes? If so do you have any pictures? I looked on your website and I can only find golden hens.

I added a lot of phoenix this year, Just havent got around to getting pics yet, was actually planning on doing it this weekend.
Will get them loaded up pretty quick, we have been reworking the site the past two weeks and getting pics organised by breed instead of the big group of almost 400.
Yes I do have gold duckwing, but they are in the blued version, they like all blues will make 25% gold duckwing, splash duckwing and 50% blue gold duckwing.
Will get pics of them, the lavender, bb red, dun, black, lavender cuckoo, etc all this weekend.

yea, It'd have to be an assortment on them, as I dont have a bunch of them just yet like I do in silver, bb red and white, also seeing how I would have no way of knowing what of the three phases would hatch out of the blue gold too.

no worries about the questions. Yes due to my limited number of breeders right now, I get booked up VERY quick. If you'll give me an idea of what you want a month in advance, I should be able to work you in no problem, dont wait til July to do it though, I'll be completely booked for the year by then usually.
