That spot lighting from the right is a bit strong in all of them. It's my only nit. Can you soften it at all?

yeah, that's the sun coming in from the windows. Maybe if I close the curtain that will help?

Closing it may cause a different problem and drop the light level too much. Do you have like a sheer curtain (or some kind of thin blanket that just cuts the light down a little bit) you could hang there to diffuse the sunlight? Even 10% less would make a difference.
