2 days ago I noticed one of our chickens had been on the roosting bars for the most part of the day, I checked on her that night and she had a cut across the back of her head, nothing was bleeding or anything and it didn’t seem deep. Yesterday she came down to their run with the rest of the girls in the morning but when I went to let them in later she was up again and had a larger scab on her head, along with a tiny bit of fresh blood on her comb. I haven’t seen it in person, but I’m assuming that she is being pecked at by all the other chickens. She ate out of my hand last night, and this morning she came down again but went back up onto the roost when another chicken approached her. Should I get some of that no pecking spray and put that on her? Is there something else that I should apply on her to keep the others away?
I do have one of those small coops from tractor supply that holds like 8 chickens that is sitting empty, I could clean it out and put her in there for a day or 2 so she has a chance to heal and eat, I just don’t know how she will deal with being alone

Separate her, clean the wound, spray it with some Vetericyn and let her heal up before she goes back in with the others. They will just keep after her until they really do some damage.

She will be fine by herself for a few days.
