That's great for you, Melissa. It won't be long. My first chick made it out. Once he started zipping, he didn't waste any time.
I heard a thunk, then looked and there he was. I thought they were supposed to be tired. He's all over the place.

I've got 2 buff silkies out, 1 partridge, 1 paint, another paint pipped and the third paint I am not sure if its gonna do anything. Its not even pipped internally. I can see 2 or 3 black feathers on the back of the new paint chick..Not as many as my first paint chick, but I'll take it!!! from what I have read they can get more spots as they mature. I will get a pic as soon as hubby gets up...the bator is next to our bed where I can keep an eye and ear on things at night.
