Crows can be great, I have seen them harassing a hawk until it flies away

We have several generations of red-shouldered hawks on our acreage and about three crows. The juvenile hawk will sit the fence watching our chicken tractor. I have videos, he's so "tame" (see below).

While free ranging my flock under supervision, sometimes the crows will come around and the hawk disappears. My husband hates the crows, since the neighbor feeds them. But I'm a fan of the "murder" because they may prevent the murder of my hens.
