Hey Ayda, Thats great, Im glad it worked out for ya.... Aint it cool how they come out of the egg with the "top knot" already "style'n"! That surprised me when my first one hatched, I thought it would take a while. Good luch with your Birds Lady.... Bill

Yes I laughed so hard when I saw the little "top knot". I ran upstairs to show my DH and he even thought they were cute!!
I do have one question, how long can I keep them in with my 3 coturnix that hatched about 2 days ago???? So far so good, they seem to be getting along?

i wouldn't brood them together more then a week, the coturnix will start to take off by then.

and that little bugger is cut, love the slick look lol

Yeah, that little top knot is already growin'!! Wait til you hear them crow...I just LOVE the sound of the Gambel's "follow me" call. Adorable!
