Put the top on using wire fencing coated in dk green vinyl with a 3"x4" mesh. It looks good and blends well with the rest. The mosquitos have been horrendous and rainy weather has slowed us up, so still have to close a few gaps at the bottom. I'll post a pic here when its done.

Are your 5 youngest trap training or flying yet?

Not yet. But they're ready. They are in the trap alot now looking out. I need to mark up some leg rings so I know who is who. I'll have eight with green and blue rings all pretty much identical! I'm hoping the weather will improve this weekend. I still have the two female parents who I need to see how they fly. I don't think I'm far off being able to let them all fly together. Minus boomer! I don't want her losing anyone again!

I need to get to the feed store as well. They have a trapping mix that has aniseed in it. I'm hoping that will encourage them to come straight back into the loft. I have one of the other younsters that doesn't like going through the bobs. So I'm hoping this will encourage her!

The aviary is ready for birds! Not raccoon proof so only for daytime use.

Bath pan and my stool.

Decor needed including perches.

It does give them room to spread out more.
