Yes tried Craig’s list and next door. i don’t think the group is active. Guess I will go talk about it on my state thread. That's kind of stupid.I wouldn't be surprised that bird belongs to a member of the group. Its a fancy pigeon that someone valued enough to care for over 6 years. As was mentioned you might offer it for adoption on your state thread or contact the local shelter I suppose. Did you try Craigs List?
That should work nicely. So I had made this nest box a while back for my black copper Marans. When I got rid of that flock, I moved the bachelor cockerels into their space. I don’t think cockerels need nest boxes
So I moved it in with the pigeons and put bowls in it. Not really big enough, but might work in the short term. They checked it out very quickly!

Yes I'm going to do the white dove release! And this coop won't have an aviary. I'm building the small little coop behind that storage shed\building. I wish I had the room to do an aviary. It will have several lock in boxes and then a lot with port tumblers.Beautiful birds especially the whites! Are they homers to start a ceremonial release flock? That new coop looks good - are those tall poles for an aviary/flight pen?
so pretty birds! If I got a fancy breed it would be either Jacobons or sats. Because of you. I wasn't even fimilyer with sats before you got them.So I had made this nest box a while back for my black copper Marans. So true about clubs not having a 21st century web presence! Lack of geeks amongst the old timers who are club officers, lol. A better website could attract more young members. I'd like to see what you come up with.So we'll try to get some new videos up in the next few days. sorry for slacking. I'm also working on a simple website for the racing club I'm joining. Seems like pigeon racing needs a little nudge to join the 21st century.
Lovely! Did you pick up some new birds?
