Good news!
She wiggled out of the towel I wrapped her up in to keep her from moving and hurting herself and I found her up and standing this morning. She can't walk very well because she trips and loses her balance but both legs and wings work fine, just not in a coordinated fashion. I believe her head tilt is less severe compared to last night as well. I thought I had some frozen corn and peas but I was wrong and I ended up giving her some canned corn. I'll get her some frozen peas tonight.
I gave her a pretty good helping and will give her more later tonight, she gagged and threw up a few times when I was feeding her but each time only the previous two or three pieces pf corn came up. I think this was due to my own inexperience rather than an issue on her end. She kept everything down when I had finished, though. I didn't bundle her up again because she keeps struggling out of it, I think as long as she stays pretty still in the cage she won't trip and fall.
The first picture is from last night, the other two are this morning. She still has very little coordination but she can at least stand now. That wound on her wing is pretty superficial, I haven't cleaned the dried blood off yet because I don't want to keep stressing her out.
