Foys has a vaccine regimen and vaccination plan. You might want to call them and get information/advice on dealing with possible PMV.
 
I'm trying to find info to confirm whether or not he'd be a carrier if he makes it. I'm in touch with someone who dealt with it who says that she had one bird survive with care, and it hasn't infected any more birds, so maybe they aren't carriers?

I'm gonna give this a shot and try to keep this guy going for now. I don't have to make any decisions at this time.

Aww how sad. Could you get it to drink some water?

I've syringed some water into him. I think he can still drink okay. In a bit here I might tube feed some parrot formula to make sure he's getting food in him.
