@WVduckchick in my experience the squabs will not sqeak till they are 4-5 days old. No worries. Congrats on your babies!

The first time I put my hand under the mum on nest I got real worried. She was growling, slapping with her wings and biting! Such a sweet thing really!! This is a never before seen picture, my first attempt at a photo of babies. I got charged and dropped my phone!!!
I was a nervous wreck the next couple of times I went near them!!
