Have a prisoner cage setup in your home, or warmed garage. Keep them there until hatched and weaned. Then move whole family back into loft.

I agree with the Large Aviary...OK , but at least it's a small amount of HAPPY pigeons.My larger aviary is the best thing I've done for them.
Of course if FMF can swing it, large and large is best!
The fancier that I purchased my GOOD Batch of pigeons a while back had this setup. A plastic shed from Sam's Club.
and a Dog Kennel similar to this one, He also stretched chain-link fence over the top.
The pigeons kept going into aviary thru window at will. His setup was predator proof. He did not fly his pigeons DUE TO HAWK POPULATION. Just raised and sold them. The adult pigeons that I did get from him,,,,,, since they were never flown out of his loft,,,, homeset to my loft. At least a good number of them. Those that split,,,,, I just said,,,Adiós pájaros

Is there anywhere else you could set them up to brood? Small crate in a garage, or something that you could provide a little heat?
Or just let them try it, see how they do.

I have a rabbit hutch in the aviary, I could raise the roof on it and add perches and nesting boxes. I think 6 to 8 pigeons would comfortably fit since they would have 24 hour access to the aviary.I agree with the Large Aviary...

And he probably took the two panels that would have butted up to the shed and added them to the sides to make it longer like I did. Got a 10x4 pen from a 8x4 kennel.I agree with the Large Aviary...

I agree with @cavemanrich and @WVduckchick , bring the whole family to an indoor breeding box if you can.

This is my opinion on Raising,hatching, birds during cold winter.
In Nature,,,,,,,, most birds do not reproduce. When Spring arrives,,,, all are building nest and starting families. There are probably more than one reason for this occurrence. The main one is the availability of food in the wild,,,,,, during winter. The second may be the fact of COLD.
When we have birds in captivity,,,,, the food supply is of no concern. The cold is less severe inside a loft. Therefore,,,, birds do propagate. I discouraged winter hatching with plastics. The few that did manage to slip by,,, I provided minimal supplemental heat for them. Even then, the survival rate was slightly lower , despite my best efforts.

Some of my young cockbirds are looking for girlfiends*. This ashred bar claimed a nest box and courted first one, the then the other of my 'pair' of hens. He could not break them up but they both moved into his nest box..
I put in 3 perches for them and added a nest bowl today. If they lay I'll swap out the eggs.
