I meant to put a photo her on my shoulder with that post but I somehow accidentally deleted it! So here's an unrelated photo of her relaxing on front of the heater

Wait...you have Olive paper trained and now your going to leash train her? Wow! Next will be bird tricks!!
So cool! One of my pairs prefers pine needles, the other straw. But majority do a mix.Sitting in line at jack in the box waiting on lunch I caught a glimpse of some ferals. They had taken over the top of a pillar sign. The kind that stand tall and face traffic to let you know what is in the parking center.
As I waited I watched two pairs of black bars fly back and forth gathering materials from beneath the trees off to my right. One pair preferred twigs and sticks. Another was gathering long stemmed grasses from a recent mowing.
It was funny to watch the differences as they chose nesting material and flew back and forth in the few seconds I got to watch them. Can’t wait to see what my two pairs bring me as their breeding season kicks off.
Next weekend I’m going to a pigeon show.
I’m bringing my mother so I don’t bring any more home because the loft isn’t finished. Hope to make a few contacts while I’m there and maybe meet a few people I’ve been talking to and haven’t met yet.
She seems like a very happy pigeon! Maybe just a little spoiledOlive's life is very different from a loft pigeon but it will be an enriching one regardless!

Omg I thought we had a couple days to go, so since I’ve only checked Trip’s eggs once, I thought I’d see if they were still alive. One is pipped!!!
She only wing-slapped me once. I didn’t look at the other egg, after I saw the pip.![]()
