pigeon toed and shakey legs

I have a month old runner who has shakey legs. Sometimes she is running and jumping and hopping everywhere, but sometimes she starts shaking and shaking and then sits down and is fine. Her legs seem weak when she is standing still.

I also have a month old pekin who is a little pigeon toed. She can walk okay but sometimes steps on her feet and her feet appear to be turned inwards.

I supplement niacin with brewer's yeast and I always have. I am just concerned that it will lead to bad things in their future. What else can I do for them?
