Pigeon with coccidiosis or possibly head trauma?

The pigeon is not quite a year old, usually heathy and cage bound. His cage is dirty (in need of cleaning). He shares his cage with several other birds. Symptoms are primarily dizziness. His pupils seem dialated and he can't focus very well. Sudden movements will make him fly. Should I just treat this with antibiotics? If its head trauma there isn't much I can do, but could this be coccidiosis. I have been feeding him fresh greens. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.

I would separate him so you can observe his poop plus food/water intake – placing him somewhere less stress full and where he can rest.

I would not treat with an antibiotic until I knew what I was treating.

Could he have eatten spoiled or moldy feed.
