Summer craziness is right. I was supposed to heading to Montana for a few weeks but it is too wet in the project area, near White Sulpher Springs. So now I am currently without a project in the immediate future. I might have one in hot humid poison ivy tick chigger Southern Illinois.

Well folks, my 13-year-old slave labor just showed up.
I have been tasked by the FIL and the DH to "build up his work ethic and body strength, so we can take him to work later this summer"
MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I have him using the flat shovel to chop down nighshade...he needs to learn how to work smarter, not harder. He'll figure it out soon enough.
The BIL just asked in his squeaky-low cracking voice, "Why don't you just hire a bunch of workers to do this?"
To which I replied, "Why would I hire them, when I can work you for free? Besides, you are so scrawny. I am trying to just bulk you up. The ladies will LOVE it when you show up to school with huge shoulders. I am really just thinking of you."
Next up: Chicken poop scooping.
