I also have a yowling cat in a crate in my office this morning. He had to go get shots and I'm not running him all the way home when I'm leaving a noon.

Oh, and the horses need their shots. And their feet trimmed. And DH and I are finishing a run for the adolscent chickens tonight. And I have an injured chicken in a box in my dining room.

Did I mention I have to leave next week?

Yesterday the first party I went to was the right party, and I got one of those cups that has a lid a a straw that the straw doesn't fall out, seen those? And when I opened it this morning, it was full of candy, yum candy for breakfast!!

And the sun is shining today, for my first day off!! Its beautiful outside.

Guess I should work on pony's feet, they are getting a little long and I'm hoping a little filing will do the trick. His feet are good, they break off and trim themselves, then just need a little filing. Some days he doesn't want his feet messed with though, guess he has to be 'in the mood'

Speaking of horses, I got an email from the boarding lady that she had dewormer for foxy but "she doesn't like me too well". Hahaha. Bad foxy. I had to go out and do it myself.

Whats your trick nella, how do you give your horse paste wormer?

I usually get small apples and cut out the core, and put dabs in there, then feed it.
Not sure if pony is going to like that. I haven't tried just squishing it into his mouth yet, just cuz he is so mouth and head shy, and I've been working on that, and am afraid if I give him something yucky, it may set me back.
