Finally!
Ivy is taking a break from being broody!
I went out this morning and she was already out of the coop. I have been removing her fluffiness from the roost everyday since she became broody. I had my doubts that it could be true. But, did my normal morning routine and went back out to check on everything and tidy up. At first I didn't see her and was like - here we go again. Checked the nest box that she likes - nope. Checked the other nest boxes - nope. Looked up to the eaves - nope. Finally spotted her in the run.
I also witnessed another hen grooming her and her not running away or growling.
Yesterday she only had water until late afternoon when I gave her feed. I thought maybe she was just too comfortable in her broody cage. I don't know if that is what pushed her out of it or she just woke up and was like - nah I'm good.
Some things I've noticed over these past 2 (or 3) weeks:

Some things I've noticed over these past 2 (or 3) weeks:
- She does not get along with the top muscovy girl, Beanie. They rear at each other and are ready to duel. Now, I wonder if she will do the same since she's not broody? Beanie is broody right now - but she's kind of mean no matter what.
- She sometimes tidbits. I observed her doing it when there wasn't anything to tidbit about. I had thrown some grubs down and she wasn't getting any so to me it looked like she was trying to get the others away from the actual food.
- She has a wonky wing. It sticks out sometimes when she doesn't adjust it.
- Her toenails needed trimmed and while trimming I noticed she's got a lot of mutations going on. While I know silkies have extra toes, some of hers have claws.
- I watched Lemon (my bantam cochin) chest bump her.
