Pipped at the wrong end about 24 hours ago

Looks like it or momma hit a vein :( I had one in my incubator that looked similar (also got stuck in its membrane) and it's perfectly healthy now! But the blood dried to it and it couldn't get out very well.

Try peeling back as much membrane as you can, kinda fold it back like a trash bag in a trash can, without ripping it. Just be careful with any blood vessels. Don't tear through any. She may pop out into your hand. If not, try peeling a bit of the end of the shell off. The end opposite where the yolk is. You want to leave the belly in the egg until she pushes away from it herself, just to be sure she is fully absorbed.
A warm brooder really should do it. Lay a wet rag/sponge nearby, not touching the egg, just to add a little humidity, if possible.

Closest pic I can find quickly to sorta what I mean:

Ok, I hope I haven’t just killed this poor thing. The membrane was still really dry and definitely stuck to her. I tried to peel back what I could. The shell was separated from the membrane in a bunch of places so I tried to peel back as much as I could and chip away the shell in tiny pieces. Her leg popped out and you can see her eye right there in the pic. I just left her like this and put her in a box with a sponge like you said under a heat lamp. How long do I wait now before helping again? I also put bacitracin ointment all over the membranes.

I completely understand! I would want to help too!! And I know the feeling!! I was so nervous helping mine! It's very cute!! I was sitting in a room with mine till it hatched!!
