My broody hen has 2 of her six eggs pipping and chipping today! Day 19. Our first hatching eggs. We're so excited! I homeschool, so all 4 of the kids and I are dashing outside to watch for developments. She went broody months ago, so we got some fertile eggs for her, through the mail. The hen is one of my 6 BOs, the eggs are mahogany SS. I also have 3 young silkies.
I know they're not out of the woods, but I do hope they make it!
