pipping? on day 24?

i just candled my runner eggs and it is day 24 and one of them looked like it was trying to brake through the membrane into the air sack but wasnt there yet, is it to early? does this mean it will properly pip soon?

Dont forget that it can take 24 hours or more before internal pip and external pip- then another 24 hours before they start to unzip - You may end up having an early hatcher- say day 27- but its not too unusual to see that kind of movement at this stage.
