The pics of them on the sofa all together and on my legs shows them full grown.. their comb came in more, but that was it. Still on the small/ compact size. The bantam silkies and bantam cochin almost seem double the D'uccle size.

Think WCB polish mature faster/more clearly? The big boy is getting bigger.. my tiny one is still smallest, but catching up to the next to smallest. My last wcp had red wattles popping at 3 weeks! These guys are 3.5 weeks now. But no wattles or red on anyone yet.

So cute! The ones starting to grow wattles are boys (watch out for small pinkish "flab" under the beaks)
I checked today and didn't see any.. but they are growing so fast, so ill see if i get a hint in a few days. I really hope little chick is a girl.

@AngBantamLuv I love your D'Uccles, they are gorgeous! I wish my chicken 'teens' were that friendly with me! I've always wanted D'Uccles, I've just never had the chance to get them! Do they have a good temperament?
Yes!! Right from day 1 (or day 2-3, when i got mine). Honestly I didn't do anything special, they were so curious and sweet right from the start. Not only are they sweet w me, but also with the kids, my dogs, and other chicks and chickens. I got what i got color wise, as they were the only ones in the bin, but there are sooo many really pretty colors.. so you have lots of choices.
I was thinking of maybe getting 2 bantam easter eggers, just cuz the colored eggs are cute.. but D'uccles are a sure thing as far as KNOWING they'd be great flock mates.. so i have some thinking to do (plus its months out).
