Pistachios!

    I found some on sale for 3 bags for $5. I am overdosing on nuts.

    Oh, piffle! Only EIGHT ounces? That's just a cup! I've scarfed down a sixteen ounce bag o' 'stacios in an evening before.


    ...'cept they are awfully expensive to do that.....

    But I got them on sale.... I want more now... Dang it all!!!!! 8 ounces seems like a big bag to me.

    Shelled or un-shelled? Whoa, that's confusing. In the shell or not? Already out of the shell, well, then that's a LOT of pistachios. Still in their shells? Not so many.

    (I realize you said the shells were all over the place.... I'm just messing with you anyway - measurements of dry goods are weight ounces, not volume ounces used for liquids. An eight ounce cup is using volume, and I drink 10 ounce cups of coffee, or 12, because 8 oz coffee brewed ain't much of anything.)

    Another smart alec comment: all nuts are seeds. If you plant a nut, you might get a baby tree (if you have a green thumb)
