Day 15

Plank l2 90 sec

Side plank l1 20 sec lt side and 30 sec rt side

reverse plank 60 sec


This was yesterdays numbers, Gary shut the computer off before I posted my numbers.

Plank l2 90 sec

Side plank l2 30 sec lt side and 40 sec rt side

reverse plank 60 sec


Went back up the level 2 on the side planks today, woo hoo

I spent three days behind the wheel, picking up my grandson from El Paso, TX, so I missed reading everyone's posts. I'm caught up now. Congratulations! You're making wonderful progress.
 
Honestly, sometimes it feels like the only progress is that I'm still doing it...BUT....I am thinking that may be progress enough - mentioned earlier about less back pain, and that is pretty huge. Its never been bad - but always nagging.

Hope your trip went well - it seems as though we got the share of the weather up here this time. Folks have been asking about you (power outages, ice, etc) but your trip was brought up - so we werent worried. Welcome back!

Thanks everybody. The trip was longer than anticipated because of bad weather. My grandson was gracious and did not complain about the delays. He suffers from motion sickness as well, so we made a lot of rest stops.

On the lt sided plank I only did 20 sec at l2, I fell and repositioned myself and did the last 20 at l1
 
Day 20:
Front 40 sec
L 25 sec
R 15 sec
R 72 sec

Did a bunch of situps earlier today - and could feel it in lower abs in front plank. Strange as I normally am not sore until the next day. Apparently this is the same suite of muscles for both the plank and the situps.
Day 21
Front 30 sec
L 30 sec
R 15 sec
Reverse 75 sec
