Day 45

Did them all but did not time them. I think I got to 30 on the front and at least 20 t0 30 on the others.
My new goal will be to do often enough to keep the topic up in the front window. Timing will just depend on how convenient the phone is to do it with. Not much point in timing if no one else is doing it.

Woo Hoo look at you go!!!!

I am not doing well w/ the planks at home, still am going to the trainer / gym. I keep telling myself I need to get back in the swing of this. Maybe I can start back on Sund, maybe that will keep my mind off the hatching chicks in my bathroom.

Sounds like you were quite busy with said chicks!
Planked again last night, did not time myself.... and I don't think I was really motivated either though. But I've got to get weighed and measured at the beginning of next month, and the planks will likely help trim my waist and rear.

I've been doing the front plank on my elbows - and that most likely is tougher on the core than on the hands (which is more important to me), but push ups is one of the testing items (physical test day after weigh in). BUT.... I have no problem maxing the push up points. My weak spots are sit ups and the weight thing.

Do you think I should go ahead and stay on elbows for max core work?

Sorry for no responding sooner, my internet has been down for 2 days, they say it is a company problem they are working on

I couldn't stand it anymore so took my computer down to my FIL's they have a diff carrier.

I would stay on the elbows, easier on the wrists, and more core workout. When the trainer has me do plank he always keeps me on my elbows.

Day 46

Did them all, right side pretty bad - everything else, ok. Kass, are you doing the airplanes with your trainer? If so, what do they have you do with your foot and hands? I feel graceful like a ballerina when I do the left leg, not so much on the other leg.

Didn't time them, but did them. Also did little mini leg raises during the airplanes. Supposed to help firm the butt. Almost seemed to make the balancing easier, but that is counterintuitive....so who knows....
