PLANTED GARDEN TODAY - anybody planting yet?

Planted a bunch of new seeds day before yesterday and it is POURING rain here today and supposed to rain all weekend. I'm thinking by Monday my garden will be bursting with new seedlings!

The leaf foot bugs were mating on my green peas tonight. I had to spray them

I hate using chemicals - - - but sometimes I have to0.

well i finally got to planting most of my seeds tonight! already had my potatoes and onion sets put in a couple of weeks ago. had 5 young fruit trees planted over a month ago and they've all survived a few frosts up here in the Nor't!

i just need to get to planting the squashes, tomatoes and peppers after i till another area for those this weekend!

Mahonri mentioned he needed to pick beans today, so I went to check my bush beans....they are only 8-10 inches tall, and there are finished beans all over the place! I know what I am doing today!

I am picking beans today too - - -

I have already picked my collards this morning. I will pick green peas and green beans this afternoon.

I've been shelling peas, and eating fresh snap peas all week. YUM! We have salad greens growing on the north side of the house in the shade (front yard) and I think I will be munching on some soon.

I need to go take fresh photos, everything looks as wonderful as it tastes....
